Shipping & returns

Delivery

Orders are packed in the studio and dispatched within three to five working days. UK delivery is complimentary over $150; below that it is $8. Europe is $18 and the rest of the world is $32, calculated on confirmation.

Every order is sent with tracking. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging before opening it fully and write to us the same day.

Returns

Unused objects can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less the original shipping cost. Write to studio@marlowandash.com with your order reference and we will send a return label.

Made-to-order and repaired pieces are final sale. If something is not right, tell us — we would rather fix it than have it sit unused.

Order requests

This storefront does not take card payments. Send an order request from the bag and the studio will confirm availability, shipping and an invoice by email.
