Privacy policy

This policy explains what Marlow & Ash collects when you use this site, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

• Your bag is stored in your own browser. It is not sent to us until you choose to send an order request.
• If you email us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply and fulfil an order.
• We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

We use your details to answer questions, prepare invoices, ship orders and handle repairs. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Order correspondence is kept for six years for tax purposes. Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after two years.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to studio@marlowandash.com.
