Terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed with Marlow & Ash Studio Ltd. By sending an order request you agree to them.

Orders

An order request is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when the studio confirms availability and issues an invoice. Prices are in US dollars and exclude local duties outside the UK.

Payment

This storefront does not process payments. Invoices are payable by bank transfer within seven days. Objects are dispatched after payment clears.

Availability

Runs are limited. If an object sells out after an order is confirmed, we will offer a refund or a place in the next run, whichever you prefer.

Variation

Hand-made objects vary in glaze, grain and dimension. Photographs are representative. We describe measurements to the nearest centimetre.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
